Graphical Development of Models for Simulator

Forsslund Systems uses polygon meshes from professional 3D artists to construct the context of a human head and parts of the jaw, tongue, as well as relevant surgical tools to create a realistic surgery scene for the simulator. We hope to combine the best of graphical design with scientific visualization to create a virtual scene that would accurately depict the actual environment that surgeons would be performing the surgery in.
